Codeminer42 Trainee Program

The Codeminer42 Trainee Program is a continuing education project lasting 3 months for those who have completed higher education or are finishing their degree in the evening.

Our goal will be to train you so that, upon completing the program, you are prepared to work professionally as a developer on our projects. Participants will have access to professionals with experience in the market and a daily schedule of tasks and challenges.

How does it work?

You will learn to learn by solving real problems, training your research skills, collaborating with your colleagues, and getting your hands dirty. Participants will all be together in a Discord room with mentors. In each of the 12 weeks, problems related to software development will be presented, from the first steps to project development.

Graduates or students attending college in the evening, available to start in 01/20/2025.
With availability of 8 hours per business day during business hours.

Steps of the Selection Process

The process will be carried out online.

Applications: 11/21/2024 - 11/24/2024 (or until we reach the application limit).
Selection Process: 27/11/2024 - 20/12/2024
Beginning of the Program: 01/20/2025 - 02/28/2025
Second Phase of the Program: 03/05/2025 - 04/11/2025

Requirements

Availability of 8h/day from Monday to Friday during the day;

Fluency in Portuguese and residence in a time zone that aligns with Brazil

Complete higher education or finishing your degree with classes in the evening;

At least 1 year of experience in real-world projects;

Advanced English (conversation and writing);

Basic knowledge of Git;

Computer with Internet access.

Salary of R$2,800.00;
